 1. HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Feel free to email us at orders@givingtreejewelry.com anytime for a status update on your order. We pride ourselves on having lots in stock and personally contacting you whenever possible to let you know when your order will ship.

 

2.WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

We ship F.O.B. origin, freight prepaid, and always recommend a method with a tracking number. If a package arrives damaged, or with the contents missing, a claim must be filed by the recipient to UPS or USPS.

Please ship your order to a place where you will be able to receive it. Our responsibility is to get the package to UPS or USPS with the current address, it's your responsibility to get it from UPS OR USPS.

Orders received before 3 PM EST on a normal business day (Monday-Friday excluding holidays) will be shipped same day for all in stock items. To find out if an item is in stock, please feel free to email us at customercare@givingtreejewelry.com

You will also be notified if there is any wait for you order.

Tracking numbers are readily available. Just email shipping@givingtreejewelry.com with your order number

 

3.HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

We want it to be easy and affordable to shop at Giving Tree Jewelry! We offer FREE SHIPPING via the Post Office on all orders. Travel time with this service is 3 to 5 business days. Orders over $500.00 with recieve FREE 2nd day air via UPS. UPS delivery is available for $7.50. Both delivery services will provide you a tracking number.

 If you prefer to have your piece OVERNIGHTED we are happy to accommodate for all in stock items for either a $25 charge via the US Post Office Express service or $30 charge via UPS Express service, or you can choose 2nd DAY AIR via UPS for $15. Orders placed after 3pm EST will ship the next business day, on in stock orders.

UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air or Express Overnight service applicable to orders shipping within the continuous United States only. We ship Priority Mail to Alaska and Hawaii.

FOR PURCHASES OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES:

We use Global Express International via the US Postal Service for your international shipping. Travel time is 7 to 10 days with this service. The package will be insured and a tracking number will be provided.The cost on this service is $30.00
 Recipient is responsible for any customs/duty fees upon arrival in destination country. Please check with local custom office for what these fees may be.
 
 
4.HOW DO PROMO CODES WORK?
 
 
Promo codes are a result of our super marketing team (us :)) Sometimes, we generate our own codes for promotions (holidays etc)Each code may be used ONLY ONCE, and no code is applicable to discounted items, sales items, or items that are already part of another promotion ("12 Days of Christmas", "How Do I Love Thee?" "Spring Fling")

5.WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY ON JEWELRY?  
 

We want you to be really happy! Our policy for returns is as follows:

IN STORE, NON CUSTOM ORDER JEWELRY
A return MUST FIRST BE REQUESTED before an item is able to be returned.  You can simply email us at rachelandjudith@givingtreejewelry.com with the order number and we will email you back. If the item is approved for return you will be sent a RETURN CODE to use in mailing the jewelry back to Giving Tree. Returns sent without a return code will only be eligible for store credit. Every item must be issued a RETURN CODE.

If a piece of jewelry is part of our in store inventory, purchased as shown on site, and is unworn in its original packaging, you have 14 days from when the piece is received to request a refund or a store credit,and for us to receive the piece back!

If returned after 14 days, a merchandise credit for the full amount of the order will be issued.

When the piece is received back here in the Gallery we will issue a refund, less the shipping charges we incurred when sending you the jewelry, to your payment method used in the transaction.

Shipping charges are not refundable for returned items. If an item was shipped for free, the shipping cost of $7.50 will be deducted from your refund.

Any items on sale will not be eligible for a refund.

SPECIAL ORDER OR CUSTOM PIECES: If a piece is not part of our in store inventory, and was ordered for you, it is a FINAL SALE. Custom ordered pieces not shown on our site are also non returnable. A custom piece is any piece with a different engraving (quote), or in a different size then what is shown on line. Rings below a size 5 or above a size 9 are also considered custom order and are non-returnable. One of a kind, personalized, or altered pieces are non returnable and all sales are final.
